Recently, a group of distinguished international clients visited Xing’er Wood Industry’s flagship manufacturing facility, gaining exclusive behind-the-scenes access to the entire production process for next-generation composite materials. The two-day factory tour highlighted the company’s advanced capabilities in the manufacturing of WPC gratings, SPC flooring, and PVC panels, further solidifying its position as a global leader in sustainable building solutions.
As part of the company’s ongoing client engagement initiative, the visit welcomed purchasing directors and project managers from the United States, Europe, and the Middle East. The guests toured the automated production facility—spanning over 120,000 square meters—which is equipped with German-engineered extrusion lines, precision CNC systems, and AI-driven quality control workstations.
The tour commenced at the WPC (Wood-Plastic Composite) grille production line, where visitors observed the entire manufacturing process: from raw material mixing and high-temperature extrusion molding to surface embossing and the application of UV-resistant coatings. Engineers demonstrated on-site how the company’s proprietary WPC formulation endows the products with exceptional weather resistance and load-bearing capacity, making them an ideal choice for architectural grilles, outdoor flooring systems, and exterior barrier solutions. Visitors were particularly impressed by the real-time monitoring system, which ensures that every production batch maintains a high degree of consistency in color, texture, and dimensional accuracy.
Subsequently, the tour group proceeded to the SPC (Stone-Plastic Composite) flooring production area. Here, they observed the multi-layer co-extrusion process used to manufacture the robust stone-plastic substrate, followed by subsequent stages such as high-definition printing, wear-layer lamination, and interlocking groove profiling. The facility’s latest-generation SPC production line boasts a monthly capacity of up to 1.2 million square meters and maintains strict tolerance control within ±0.05 millimeters. A live testing demonstration area vividly showcased the product’s superior waterproofing capabilities, impact resistance, and flame-retardant properties—core strengths that have driven strong market demand for the product in both residential and commercial projects worldwide.
The final stop of the tour focused on the PVC sheet manufacturing process. Guests observed a fully enclosed foam extrusion production line firsthand, witnessing how it produces PVC thin sheets, foam boards, and decorative panels that combine both lightweight properties and structural durability. The company also highlighted its new low-VOC formulation technology and a closed-loop recycling production system—an innovative initiative that significantly reduces environmental impact without compromising product strength or surface finish.
